Online Store Terms:

– We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

– Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via Stripe.
– Workshop bookings require full payment at the time of booking, as specified for each workshop.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:
– Cancellations of orders or workshop bookings may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
– Refunds for cancelled orders or workshop bookings will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

Workshop Terms:

1. Booking and Payment:
– Workshop bookings must be made in advance through our website.
– Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the workshop.

2. Attendance and Participation:
– Workshop participants are responsible for arriving on time and participating fully in the workshop activities.
– We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation to any individual who is disruptive or fails to comply with workshop rules and instructions.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
– Workshop cancellations or rescheduling may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be made.

4. Liability:
– Glad + Grace and its representatives shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during workshops, except where such loss, injury, or damage arises as a direct result of our negligence.

Bouquet Preservation Terms:

1. Booking and Payment:
– Preservation of wedding bouquets must be booked in advance through our website.
– Payment in full or a deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure your spot for bouquet preservation.
– If a deposit payment is chosen, the balance is payable in the same week that the flowers arrive at our studio.

2. Flower Delivery and Condition:
– It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the wedding flowers are delivered to our studio within 5 days of the wedding date.
– The client must keep the flowers in good condition until they are handed over to us for preservation.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:
– Cancellations of bouquet preservation bookings may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
– Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
